Bill Seiberlich, president, IABC Philadelphia, is communications manager for Saint-Gobain Corporation, a division of Saint-Gobain, the world’s largest building materials company. In this capacity, Mr. Seiberlich is responsible for media relations; crisis communications; meeting planning; intranet content creation; and writing, editing and publishing newsletters. Mr. Seiberlich also serves as secretary of the Saint-Gobain Corporation Foundation.

Steve Lubetkin, vice president, technology and digital infrastructure, IABC Philadelphia, is the managing partner of The Lubetkin Media Companies LLC, an award-winning Internet broadcasting, digital image and video and news publishing organization, which produces documentary and news-style audio and video programming, digital photography and high-performance websites for clients.

Elena Perri, member, program committee, IABC Philadelphia, is director of marketing and communications at Holy Child Academy in Drexel Hill. She has served on the IABC Philadelphia board for more than 20 years and is a past president.
Alyssa Settefrati, vice president, programming and promotion, IABC Philadelphia, is a communications specialist at a non-profit grantmaking foundation. Ms. Settefrati has been working in marketing and communications for nearly 10 years, first at a non-profit association followed by a privately-held financial firm. She is also a volunteer for a local dog rescue, where she designs print and digital promotional materials. She has extensive experience with website and social media management, writing and editing, and process development. Ms. Settefrati graduated from Drexel University where she earned an M.S. in Communication and a B.A. in English with a minor in Corporate and Public Relations.

Mark Basla, board member at large, IABC Philadelphia, is vice president of marketing and business development for the Delaware Valley Industrial Resource Center (DVIRC). With more than 25 years of experience, Mr. Basla integrates marketing, communications and business development to support DVIRC’s mission of assisting U.S. manufacturers compete in the global economy. Previously, Mr. Basla was responsible for marketing and corporate communications for InfraSource, an Exelon Co., and Axiohm (formerly NCR). He is a past president of IABC Philadelphia.

Christine Kuhinka, ABC, immediate past president, IABC Philadelphia, is a corporate communications leader with more than 20 years of experience in external and internal communications, global team leadership and strategic counsel. Her experience was acquired primarily at Fortune 100 companies in the pharmaceutical, chemical and consumer packaged goods industries, including Pfizer (Wyeth Pharmaceuticals), Dow Chemical (Rohm & Haas) and Nestlé Nutrition. In 2010, she received the Accredited Business Communicator (ABC) credential, the global standard of professional achievement for business communicators.
