Internal Communications Manager, Pharma Company (Philadelphia, PA Suburbs)

Our client is a global pharmaceutical company. They are looking to add an Internal Communications Manager to their team in the Philadelphia suburbs.  You will work as a Communications Business Partner to design and deliver internal communications  based on business needs.


*Develop and implement internal communication messages, programs and strategies to support business objectives and initiatives across business units and functions. 
*Develop communication solutions that will engage employees in the company’s success, providing excellent customer service and quality of work.
*Partner with HR to develop communications for programs such as performance management, training, benefits and recruiting as well as employer branding initiatives.
*Work with business leadership across functions to support and develop executive communications as necessary.
*Support change management programs across the region through effective communications, based on local need or by adapting global programs for the local audience. 
*Support alignment and coordination of communications activities for the Americas as a region (US, Canada and Latin America).
*Work together with corporate communications team and business partners to assess the effectiveness of employee communications and processes by determining optimal distribution, frequency and channels of essential communications across a variety of internal audiences.

*5+ years overall corporate communications experience.
*2+ years experience in internal communications in a corporate environment.
*Experience working with organizational, leadership and HR communications.
*Strong knowledge of MS Office. Graphic design experience preferred.
*Superior oral and written communication skills with ability to build relationships as a trusted advisor with leaders/managers; ability to handle sensitive/confidential information.
*Ability to build a network of sources and thrive in a highly matrixed organization, managing and delivering against multiple priorities.
*Broad business and managerial knowledge of the Organizational Communications discipline.
*Ability to work in a fast-paced and constantly-changing environment, remaining focused, objective, effective and concentrated under pressure with quick turnaround times.
*Strong attention to detail- managing multiple projects while ensuring accuracy; carrying out both strategic and practical hands-on communication activities.
*Skilled at planning, project management, time management, communicating, decision-making and organizational relations.

Base salary $80K-100K plus 13% target bonus.
