Internal Communications Specialist-28186
Description: The Internal Communications Specialist will provide internal communications support and collaborate with key partners in KOP, including local Human Resources, IT, and the KOP Site Management Team, among others. Actively collaborates with members of global Communications function, especially Internal Communications Center of Excellence.
Additional Responsibilities include:
•Responsible for the development and implementation of internal communications for CSL Behring’s King of Prussia (KOP) campus of more than 500 employees.
•Produce weekly CSL Behring KOP e-news channel for distribution to all site employees; including writing text, taking employee photos, editing personnel announcements, and gaining necessary approvals.
•Contribute content to global CSL News.
•Develop, leverage existing content and publish messaging for site digital signage and other local channels.
•Manage content for local intranet site, based in SharePoint 2010.
Provide other communications support to initiatives and
projects as assigned.
Undergraduate degree in communications, journalism or equivalent.
1-3 years in the communications field (employee communications, private/public sector communications, public affairs etc). 2+ years of digital communications/social media experience is required.
Displays strong written, verbal and interpersonal communication skills.
Has some knowledge of communications technologies and best practices. Outgoing, engaging and proactive traits are required. Photography experience is a plus. Proficient in Microsoft Word and PowerPoint desired.
