CMA is looking for a client-focused, driven, and strategic thinking Marketing Account Executive (AE). Our AE is responsible for leading all marketing projects to meet strict deadlines, budgets and client expectations. The AE creates and fosters internal and external relationships while leading and directing team members to deliver excellence. Our AE develops opportunities for growth initiatives to deepen and enhance client relationships.
The right candidate must have knowledge and experience of advertising and marketing principals. This individual will have the ability to listen and interpret the needs of the client and communicate this information both verbally and written to all team members. The right candidate must be confident in presentations to clients and have the ability to manage client expectations. This individual must have strong interpersonal and communication skills and be a team player, capable of meeting the challenges of a fast-paced work environment. Candidates must be able to handle multiple clients and display strong project management skills that encompass maintaining a high level of excellence.
Five years of marketing experience is required. Agency business to business marketing experience is preferred. Computer knowledge as well as high proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint is a must. Strong communication, project management and leadership skills are a must. A Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Advertising or related field, or equivalent experience is required.
