Marketing Assistant

A leader in the Legal Service Industry is seeking a motivated candidate for a full time position as marketing assistant in our marketing department.

We are seeking an individual to work in a team environment for our unique business and provide a full range of marketing skills and capabilities.  We are looking for a self-starter with a minimum of 1-2 years’ experience in marketing and familiar with CRM software.  This position requires excellent communication skills, computer proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, PR newswire, and social media experience. 

In your role as a Marketing Assistant, you will be expected to multitask across projects under tight deadlines, as well as directly manage day to day marketing activities.  It is important that you have an in depth understanding of digital content, webinars and social media. 

The ideal person for this position is someone who displays exceptional verbal and written communication skills, quickly grasps new technologies and marketing duties and the ability to learn quickly.

Requirements:

•  4 yr. College degree

•  1-2 years of marketing experience

•  Excellent verbal and written communication skills

•  High Energy

•  Positive Attitude

•  Ability to multi-task, prioritize and manage time effectively

•  Knowledge of the following  industries a plus: Legal, Insurance, Financial and Communication

•  Great personality and people skills

•  Professional demeanor
