Office Manager

Our dynamic team is seeking a full-time energetic Office Manager. The Office Manager will be responsible for the organization and coordination of office operations, procedures and resources to facilitate organizational effectiveness and efficiency. Responsibilities include facilitating effective communication and coordination among employees. The individual interested in this position must work under tight deadlines, prioritize tasks, and maintain organization, while remaining flexible and ready to adapt to new challenges. 1-2 years of previous Office Administration is a must.

Responsibilities:
• Develop weekly status reports for all jobs on assigned accounts
• Prepare and distribute estimates for internal approvals and submit them to Account Management for client approvals
• Keeps abreast of work status with diligent follow-up
• Job file maintenance for assigned accounts
• Coordinate office activities to ensure maximum efficiency
• Design, implement and maximize office tracking systems
• Establish and monitor procedures for record keeping
• Coordinate schedules, appointments and bookings
• Coordinate all project activities
• Attend team meetings and maintain team awareness of all project-related activities
• Communicate with clients to understand project needs and to share project updates
