Working closely with all employees across the Firm, this position provides graphic and communications support for proposal and marketing related activities. This position entails graphic design responsibilities for presentations, proposals, newsletters, website and advertisements.
The Senior Graphic Designer is responsible for ensuring understanding and adherence to Borton-Lawson’s marketing and communications policies, procedures, practices, and protocols while supporting the Firm’s tactical marketing objectives. Position includes cross-promotion of Borton-Lawson’s services, related event coordination (e.g. open houses, conferences, and tradeshows), project opportunity/lead tracking, multi-disciplinary proposal and presentation development, VISION/CRM database maintenance and utilization, and supporting other Marketing and Business Development activities as required.
Writing samples and portfolio samples required with resume submission for consideration.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• Support Marketing Manager through publication of newsletters and content management of Internet and Intranet improvement.
• Drive corporate branding through development of standard templates and marketing materials
• Support Marketing Manager with appropriate visual elements to execute winning pursuits and presentations.
• Graphic design and content development for corporate marketing and branding materials, such as advertisements, brochures, bi-weekly newsletters, promotional items, Internet and Intranet for implementation by Marketing Manager.
