Wellbeing Engagement Manager




At Temple University Health System (TUHS), Employee Wellbeing includes our total rewards programs, health and welfare plans, wellness/disease management programs, retirement and savings plans, and compensation programs. In this role, you will direct the development and implementation of strategies, programs, tools and communications to the workforce related to Employee Wellbeing initiatives while helping to reduce the risk of healthcare cost increases to the health system. You will be the creator and facilitator of multiple change management plans, programs, and communication channels (email, social media, direct mail, a newsletter, programs) while monitoring their integration with operational business issues. You should be prepared to be creative, to write, to act as a project manager for wellbeing projects from conception to completion of single and multi-site implementations/programs.

 Minimum Requirements:

  • A Bachelor’s Degree.
  • At least eight (8) years of relevant work experience in corporate engagement, communications, and/or benefits, e.g., health management, retirement, compensation, wellness.
  • Knowledge of policy, process, and procedures pertaining to healthcare, pensions, and other significant benefits and compensation arrangements.
  • Strong communication skills with experience writing and editing employee/corporate communications.
  • Skilled in the use of Microsoft Office Suite.  Experience with publishing software is preferred.
