At Cobham, the Change Management Communications Intern will be responsible for various activities to support the IT organization’s change management function including creating IT team sites and surveys; managing the content for the IT and Sector intranet; creating new content and vehicles to educate employees; writing and publishing articles to educate and engage employees; developing reports and maintaining calendar systems; implementing internal programs; creating marketing support materials for major initiatives (videos, presentations, signage, brochures); and supporting various activities assigned in support of transformational change initiatives.
Cobham interns will have the opportunity to interact regularly with internal and external customers and work on a variety of projects that impact business operations.
High school diploma
Junior or senior currently enrolled in college and working toward a Bachelor’s degree in Business, Communications or Marketing
Minimum College GPA of 3.0
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Demonstrated skills in the use of Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Excel, Word), Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, SharePoint, Camtasia and Survey Monkey
Interest in promoting new technology solutions to improve business results and developing creative approaches to engage employees
Results-oriented individual with strong customer focus
Strong writing skills for internal communications
