Marketing Creative Communications Coordinator

This role will partner with the business sector marketing leaders to support executing the creative and communication strategies for our various business units. We are looking for someone to actively execute the development and to support the implementation of the team’s marketing communication plans. Specifically this person will be tasked to:
• Lead the execution for the creative development and delivery of our content into the market leveraging their creative, technical, and project management skills
• Facilitate consistent design best practices across sectors
• Support the logistics and implementation of various communications initiatives such as conferences, webinars, and events
• Coordinate campaigns and programs through our Salesforce CRM system
The ideal candidate has at least 3 – 5 years marketing communication experience with a proven understanding of marketing and creative strategies and initiatives. Hands-on experience with InDesign creative suite and strong PowerPoint skills are needed. Familiarity with Salesforce, Marketo, or similar systems is also helpful. The ideal candidate will have proven project management skills and be experienced working against multiple deadlines. They should have strong interpersonal skills, creative ability, analytical orientation, and solid oral and written communication skills.
The role will report to the CMO (Chief Marketing Officer) but will be directly accountable to supporting the business needs generated by our sector teams via our sector marketing leaders.
