SEEKING: Performing Arts Administrative Office Assistant –
Bucks County, The Pennsylvania School of the Performing Arts/Spirit In Motion Ballet Theater 501-c3 is seeking a highly motivated, positive, outgoing Administrative Production Office Assistant with great customer service skills for an integral position at our every growing, fast paced theater dance performing arts school in Bucks County.
The ideal candidate for our Bucks County, Pennsylvania based performing arts studio:
-Seeking reliable, consistent, on time, polished, well-groomed candidate that will possess highly – developed personal and office receptionist customer service skills.
-Strong organizational skills with the ability to balance multiple projects, competing demands, and changing priorities.
-Meticulous attention to detail.
-An understanding of 501-c3 non profit organizations a plus.
-Mac experience preferred but not required. Must have experience with MS Word and Excel programs and be able to type proficiently.
-Skills in Event Management, Production and Theater Stage Management background a plus.
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to answering and directing phone calls, promotion, creating ads/posters/newsletters, website maintenance, light cleaning, and the daily odds and ends of administration of a non-profit organization.

Hours: 2:00pm-9:30pm Monday- Thursday and mornings from 8:30am-3:00pm on Saturday’s.
Salary is negotiated and based upon experience.
