Presented by Marcia O’Connor, CEO & Founder, The O’Connor Group
It’s only been five months and the world has changed so much. Remote work has become the common term, education has pivoted and the future is still uncertain.
Communication is the key to successfully moving things forward. It’s not just what you say but how you say it. We aren’t meeting in person – so communication on zoom and via the written word is instrumental. HR has been working with business leaders on getting back to work and sharing how to communicate it so that it’s accurate, thoughtful and precise. It keeps changing each day but we must be prepared for what that looks like now and in the future.
In this session, we’ll discuss the three C’s: Care, Compassion and Communication. We’ll also cover:
- Do’s and don’ts with your back-to-work communication plan
- Why compassion is the key ingredient
- Top ten trends around communication
