Video Webinar, January 23: Calculating Return on Investment in Communications

Measuring the effectiveness of communication isn’t enough anymore. Senior management is asking for more direct correlation of the money spent on communication with the business outcomes resulting from it—how it increases revenue or reduces expenses.

Join IABC Philadelphia for an online conference with Angela Sinickas, ABC, IABC Fellow, on how to measure and evaluate return on communications.

Date: January 23, 2020
Time: Noon-1:00 p.m.
Zoom conference service (registrants will receive an email with connection information).

Cost: $25 for IABC members, $35 for non-members, $5 for students.

The session will:

  • Provide you with documented examples of how communication has affected bottom-line issues at other organizations.
  • Explain how to collect data for the ROI calculation by tracking changes in audience behaviors before and after you communicate.
  • Teach you how to use an ROI worksheet to calculate the return on your own communication campaigns or channels.

This webinar will use the videoconferencing platform and attendees will be able to interact with the presenter through chat and live questions. Registrants will receive an email with access instructions prior to the webinar. You will be able to connect to the presentation using a computer or a phone. (Video only available on computer or using the Zoom app on a smartphone.)
